MEMBER CONDUCT.

Posting material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;
Posting material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, or hateful to any other person or entity as determined by Associated Security Professionals Ltd in its sole discretion;
Posting advertisements or solicitations of business;
Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, acting in a manner which negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges, or posting comments that are not related to the topic being discussed (unless it is clear the discussion is free-form);
Posting chain letters or pyramid schemes;
Impersonating another person;
Distributing viruses or other harmful computer code;
Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their identification for posting or viewing comments; consent;
Allowing any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments
Posting the same note more than once or "spamming";
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service; or
Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which, in the judgment of Associated Security Professionals Ltd, exposes Associated Security Professionals Ltd or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

Associated Security Professionals Ltd reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:

Record and store the dialogue in chat rooms or forums.
Investigate an allegation that a communication(s) do(es) not conform to the terms of this section and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s).
Remove communications or content which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms and Conditions.
Terminate a user's access to any or all of the Associated Security Professionals Ltd Site upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication or Content in the Public Areas or the Site.
Edit or delete any communication(s) or Content posted on the Associated Security Professionals Ltd Site, regardless of whether such communication(s) or Content violate these standards.

Associated Security Professionals Ltd reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the personal safety of our members, guests, or the public.

You acknowledge that Associated Security Professionals Ltd may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that messages, discussion postings, lesson and personal data, or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of messages or postings that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum size of any message or posting that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Associated Security Professionals Ltd's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Service in a given period of time. TERMINATION

You agree that Associated Security Professionals Ltd may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Associated Security Professionals Ltd account, and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (f) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your Associated Security Professionals Ltd account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited to SID, Virtual and Web Lessons, Site Administration, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Associated Security Professionals Ltd's sole discretion and that Associated Security Professionals Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.

Associated Security Professionals Ltd'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
